AMD 2400+, Soyo Dragon Ultra Platinum, swiftech water cooling kit, Ati 9700 pro, SB live, 3 100gig WD's, corsair PC2700 XMS, Antec case. This was my first water cooled system. The mighty swiftech 1/4 ID lines. The pump is still running strong today. I started with a big beast antec server case. I wanted the radiator on the outside. To keep the water as cool as possible. It wouldn't fit on the back of the case as swiftech suggested. So I figured side door would work just fine. First thing to do is to layout where it's going with all the goodies.

Then drill 1/4 inch holes so you can zip tie the fill and bleed valves.

Next lay the two 120X120 fans on the side cover and trace the inside of the fans. Then drill a starter hole, use aviation snips to cut the holes for the two 120X120 fans.

Then file off all the sharp edges. Be careful it's very easy to get cut on one of the metal edges.

With everything cut and filed add rubber grommets to the holes for your water lines. These holes were for 3/8 OD water lines.

Then add your fans. I used 120X120 that were provided with the swiftech water kit. Any combination of fans will work.

Attach the radiator and the bleed and fill valves.

Add all the water lines inside and out. Look at those wires what a mess! Remember this is my first one.

Fill it with the fluid of your choice. I used windshield washer fluid and anti-freeze. Be sure to leak test for at least 12 hours prior to powering up the system.

I changed radiator locations one on top and one bottom front. Also cleaned up the wires!
