Insulating 6800 Ultra to fit koolance water block and memory cooler. Use exacto knife and cut the blue quarter inch neoprene door hangar. Leaving as small as gaps as possible. Fill all gaps with dielectric grease, cut and add 16th inch (white) neoprene around GPU and memory chips. Before adding the white neoprene add dielectric to grease around GPU and memory chips.
Add your favorite thermal paste. Very thin on GPU end about 16th of an inch thick on memory chips. The best way to spread the thermal paste on the memory chips is with a one and half inch putty knife and do two chips at a time.
