I prefer the Swiftech 6002 waterblocks they are very easy to insulate. Cut a piece of neoprene the width of the block. (sticky back weather stripping) Wrap it around the out side keeping it flush with the bottom. Don't wrap it to tight on the corner it will make it thin. The cold will get thru and boom condensation. Make a nice tight cut where it joins (overlap and use a exacto knife)Use your wonder cutter, any styrofoam cutter or make one. (2 D batteries and a thin wire). Cut the piece to the outside of the weather stripping. Press down on the top of the block to get an impression of the inlet and outlet pipes. Use your exacto knife and cut them out.

Next add the water lines, making sure the out side clamp is facing in. (tighten both) Flip your styrofoam over cut the foam on the bottom to make the clamps work.

Slide the foam over the lines on to the top of the block. Just before you push it down fill the whole you cut for the clamps with die-electric grease. (air is not your friend) Wipe off the excess grease.

Foam on and die-electric grease wiped off, cut another piece of weather stripping to wrap all the way around. This piece of weather stripping should be flush top and bottom. Now you have styrofoam on top and 2 layers of weather stripping on the sides.

Now cut a piece of neoprene that matches the outside edges of the block. The easiest way to do it is cut the piece large push it down on top the block trim with exacto knife.

Cut 1/2 inch strips of duct tape and wrap the water lines (no air)Squeezing everything together add one layer of duct tape around the out side.Cut the corners fold them in, and repeat for a second layer. Your done here on to adding the block to the motherboard
